DESCRIPTION:<p>A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 28/10
 /2023 to 30/10/2023 in Tashkent\, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation\, und

 Russian.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\,
